The Limoneira Company (Portuguese for Lemon Lands) was founded over 115 years ago. It's located outside of Santa Paula in beautiful Ventura County, California. Limoneira began to grow citrus in the rich fertile soil of the Santa Clara Valley, which is adjacent to the Pacific Ocean and known for its abundant sunshine. This perfect climate along with the introduction of unique production techniques enabled our company to grow and produce the most delicious products, which are shipped to the Midwest and East Coast. Limoneria is also one of the original growers for the cooperatvie known today as Sunkist and continues to provide ita delectable fruit for them.
