What happened to Ground Shipping?
 
In an effort to maintain the highest quality control standards, we only offer ground shipping to California destinations. Three options of Express shipping are available to our customers. Orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday.
 
Where is my order history?
 
OFGB has changed e-commerce software applications to provide our customers with an improved e-shopping experience. Orders placed subsequent to February 18, 2008 will be available to view online by logging into your OFGB account. All order history prior to February 8, 2008 will not be available online. If you require any historical order information, please contact customer service.
 
How do I contact customer service?

To contact a customer service representative please call 1-866-321-8222 Monday through Friday between the hours of 8am and 5pm PST, or by e-mail at CustomerService@OrchardFreshGiftBaskets.com.

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express © please include card number, the expiration date, the billing address, and CCV. Please be sure to submit the correct billing address for the card being used.

How do I place an order?

You can place orders online, by contacting our customer service team at 1-866-321-8222, or by faxing us at 1-805-525-8761.

How do I change my order?

Changes can be made by contacting our customer service team at 1-866-321-8222 or by email at CustomerService@OrchardFreshGiftBaskets.com. All changes must be received before 11am PST the day the gift is scheduled to ship. We cannot guarantee changes after the order has shipped.

Can I check my order status online?

Your order history is a list of gifts you've ordered online. You can also track an order in progress to see when it will ship or where it is now, to give you an idea when your gift will arrive. Because we value your privacy, you must first log in to access your personal order history.

Are your products subject to sales tax?

We only collect sales tax on orders delivered within the state of California.

How fast can I get a gift to its destination?

We grow the finest California orchard fresh citrus you can find, and we take great pride in delivering our product to you as fresh and succulent as when it was harvested from the trees. We ship all of our Orchard Fresh Gift items straight from our California ranches and require up to three days to complete the order process and hand pick the fruit, which guarantees you the freshest fruit straight from the orchard. For next day delivery, please contact customer service by 10am PST to ensure product availability.

Do you guarantee my order?

Yes, although fresh fruit baskets are perishable and cannot be returned, they are covered by our 100% guarantee. If you or your gift recipient are not completely satisfied with the quality of a delivered product, or it is in anyway damaged prior to receipt, please contact our customer service department immediately. We will either replace it or, in certain cases, offer a full credit refund or credit. Your complete satisfaction is our goal.
